What if our scope changes mid-build?

Will you sign our MSA, DPA, or BAA?

Most of our work runs in infrastructure you own, with API keys you control. When healthcare or regulated data is in scope, we sign the BAA and structure the build around it.

Can we change the payment cadence after signing?

Yes, within reason. The total is fixed. The cadence is yours. If you want to compress payments earlier or stretch them later inside the 6–12 month window, we will re-paper.

Do you sub-contract?
