Founder

Hi, I'm Porter.

I'm the founder and CEO of ServiceAgent, where I build AI agents and systems for companies. I've built and sold AI companies, led implementations across healthcare, home and field services, financial services, and real estate, and helped clients identify millions in annual savings through AI automation.

Before ServiceAgent, I co-founded TRACT, an AI due diligence platform acquired by a private equity firm in 2024. I also built Estate Elegance, a luxury real estate newsletter sold to Estate Media.

I graduated from the University of Miami Herbert Business School with honors. I'm based in Austin, Texas and married my high school sweetheart Ellie in November 2025.

How does the voice memo work?

On our booking page you will see a recorder. Hit record and tell us about your business: what it does, where the bottlenecks are, what takes too long. We listen before the call and design your system around what you tell us. When we meet, we already have ideas built out. It is optional, but it is how we do our best work.

What does this cost?

Every project is scoped based on complexity. We give you exact pricing on the first call after you have seen what we would build. No hidden fees. No surprise invoices.

How do I know this will work for my specific business?

That is the point of the demo call. You tell us how your business works. We build a working prototype before you spend a dollar. If it does not fit, we will tell you. We would rather say no upfront than build something that does not deliver.
